Horse Show in three weeks?

Hi ... I have been riding for five years and two years ago, I bought a horse I had planned to show. It was a long road, Barrel Racer in English U / S and O / F and is great, and we signed for a show in three weeks. My question is a number of things ... 1.) How do you do to better prepare mentally? 2.) Even if I am physically fit, follow up plans special or excercise routines before shows to help you stay in the light, focused mood or just performance? 3.) The way you normally do organize your belongings ... I wanted to get a tote for my things like brushes, etc. so I do not remember, but they are all very expensive, if I'm on a budget How Can I keep organized? 4.) What your accessories for your horse shows are made, just curious as I have most things I just wondered? thank you very much, showing other stuff would be useful!

Prepare yourself mentally by doing courses or to take them up (to remember to practice) and try to practice games of memorization. food, try eating a balanced meal the night before, try spaghetti as geive Energy During the following day. try to eat healthy and stay away from sodas (they'll make you an accident), you can organize all your belongings in an old backpack or even an old tote. what you have that contain your supplies. Before leaving, make a list of all the things you need. This inclused Coggins for your horse haynet your riding equipment, all cultures, Spurr, martingales, ect you need. You may want to bring a snack and a couple of beverages. Do not forget your saddle, bridle, girth, and cleaned up the saddle blanket. Make sure all your items are cleaned so they look nice. Also, I would like to bring extra hair ties / scrunchies and hair bobbypins or a fishnet. Judges do not like the hair on your face. Most things you need for a show of horses are: Horse Articles: Trailer, water buckets, hay net, hay, grooming, braiding kit, Tack, halters, leadropes, Coggins (a must), a first aid kit, sponges, shampoo / (if you stay Overnite, or have a long break between events, I would put it anyway), any medications your horse needs, if your horse kicks, wear a red ribbon to tie on his tail, everything you feel that you need. (its better to over-packing then forget something at home) Yourself: hairnets, hair brush, safety pins / Shoe String (for numbers), money, lunch / snacks, water bottle, horseback aparrell any nesceties you feel that you need. (on the packaging is ok, and its better than leaving something at home!) Tips: Try to remain calm and stress-winning isn't everything its not the end of the world if the place where youdont panic if you lose one, ask the custodian of reasons to help you find it. talk to the judge after the show to see how you can improve. have fun and stay safe! wish you a good time in the horse show!
