I need ideas on how to keep my goats warm this winter?

I have two goats, one is 6 months old and the other is around 7. It weighs about 45 pounds and the other is about 50-55. They have their winter coat, but I fear they may still be cold. We do not have a barn, but they have a trip to the surrender of a type of thing plywood tepee. I thought of trying to find 2 mini-horse blankets and see if they fit but I am not sure if this is the way to go. Does anyone have other ideas to build a barn? I feed them a mixture of Nutrena feed goats, grain, oats and alfalfa. They have unlimited access to each these foods during the day and are not fat. In fact, they are a little thin for my taste, so that was part of my concern ... I have a deworming once every three months because that's what the vet recommended that they do not have to.

Goats, like sheep remarkably more robust than we think they are, after saying they can not tolerate long periods of cold and wet weather.They can withstand the cold, they can tolerate the wet, but overall, an animal will quickly lose ground.
