Horse Tack Stable
Lend a horse in my stable local?
My parents finally decided that I am old enough and responsible enough to get my own horse, but they say I need a loan or a loan in part to see if I'm really up to it. The problem is that there absolutely no horses for loan in my area, I checked all the sites, all tack shops and all newsagents. There below is a stable near me that I sent a letter Monday asking if they had horses for loans, but they have still not responded. The trouble is, I can not loan a horse anywhere else because it must be accessible on foot. What can I do? Thank you. (PS: Please do not tell me to go to another stable, which is more or less impossible)
Go Down the stable and just sort hang for a while. When you see someone who works with a horse that looks closer (I suppose both the horse and the owner should consider affordable), go and tell them that you must show your parents that you are responsible enough to own a horse, and ask them if they would be willing to let you do much work to take care of the horse in return for riding it perhaps once or twice a week. It is difficult to do all this work and not have to run a lot, but there are few owners who could refuse an offer like that and you prove to your parents how dedicated you really are without having to wait to find a horse for the loan.
