What fly masks stop on the best and offer the best protection for a horse on the participation of summer?
My COB seems to be plagued by flys rounds his eyes, I spray / slather him in no end lotions and potions but nothing seems to offer him the protection it needs. I just bought a Roma lycra fly mask for my dads Section D by it is't big enough for my horse (the biggest size they offer) and hate because you have to pull i over his nose to put on. I just wondered what masks you have used and what you rate them, oh I already tried a Velcrow a ...... He dropped it! : (
try Farnam or meaning horse fly masks. the sense of horses have velcro but there are 2 straps. they have 3 different styles to choose I hope that will work for you. You can cover her face with every wipe on fly repellent you can buy, but you can not get that close their eyes with these tips so your best bet is to continue to look for the style you find it keep on! try Arabic / yearling size if you go with the trademark horse sense, size horse runs really big! I own a saddle and tack store Norco, CA and wear I feel as a horse to make any style brand with fllece the lining around the nose and ears and personally use on my daughters pony and they learn from each other but their place and they hold up, you have to go put them back, if they go down! oh and the velcro is a good idea for reasons of security if they get caught on something you want that mask to go instead of keeping Hung Up Ya know!
