My mare tore a tendon in his left front leg in July and was on the rest stall / enclosure is separated for his recovery month. It is now so strong during this winter I'll be slowly returning to exercise. (Just Walk for a few months). My coach advised me to get some strong support (boot instead of a wrap) because when I Ride for support. I need a shoe that goes around her legs, preferably with fabric neoprene inside. I have recommended Davis splint boots and I was wondering if anyone has any comments about these boots, suggestions or any other boots something they would like to share. Rather than of splint boots would go with the Professional Choice Sports Medicine Boots. They offer better support than a boot splint. Keep in mind that is not a boot on the planet that can provide sufficient support to prevent further injury.
