5. Islam, Divorce, and human rights. Does Islam permits divorce, equal rights for women and men? For any reason at all! Well, habits vary from place to place. Therefore adultery a husband or partner is punishable by death. But in some circumstances, eg if he or she has confessed or 4 male witnesses witnessing penetration (sexual act itself, as explained in the text). Always in some cultures, societies have been urged to protect the honor of the girl. In some cases, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Kuwait, and many other communities of the father or elder brother takes care of killing the girl. Culture in general sympathy with the offenders honor and sometimes the same court, give less trouble in these cases. Many women believe that this decision is absurd and should not be charged. And human rights must be preserved for men and women. 6. Arranged marriages for some critics are absolutely ridiculous to hear the argument that a woman committed adultery, because she had not asked who she wanted as a husband in Islam where women can not even not decide this, and believe that the law as ridiculous to even mention it. They think like a virus to be combated Islamic. But to eradicate this practice and to provide valid assumptions, women today, in crowded cities and high density, women do not marry by the traditional layout. This usually decreases rapidly. The opposite of this picture is far from true.
7. Stories of horror: It is all More in the news, until very recently, we have no law to protect a husband who murdered his wife and her lover when he is in a position delicate flagrant. It is not so terrible lot of difference between western cultures and the Middle East on this point, really. I'm sorry when I hear such stories against the couple, but they, like us, who live in a society of laws and knew what the laws should be followed and respected. Penalties where crime is simply understood, but sometimes sacrificed by MIS emotional.
8. Religious or cultural practices: no government or official Law on human rights are respected or fixed case, love leads to adultery in the Arab and Muslim world. So it may be justifiable the old people to act like like them. Love is blind as they say, but the temptation to commit adultery is punishable. Storis of Old Romeo and Juliet, Antar and Abla, Qais and Laila, many centuries old stories of the history of those days. In the modern world with a civilization of high technology, and interaction through the media and education and cultural dissemination, there is no excuse to do so in terms of language Arab and Islamic ethics. A Saudi man does not allow women to have freedom, denies the cultural norms. Some women activists call for Women in Saudi Arabia allowed to drive their vehicles alone. What do you expect from honor and respect the culture perceive women as persons small, still need men or family protection? In Saudi Arabia, if a woman is not allowed to drive or vote, or leave alone or to speak with foreign men and etc, this does not mean they forbid them to love each other, nobody can stand in the face of love because love is inspired by God, and God makes people love, but love when love became illegal, would negate the cultural norms, then killing people who love each other and committed adultery the punishment is appropriate, culturally. It is not that Americans dating method life. These activities adultery is forbidden in both Arab and Islamic countries. Saudi wish to attend the execution of these sanctions, they are often far just to see these acts. In those days, Westerners do not include such acts and describing them as just wild uncultivated actions against human rights, but not modern people who call themselves Muslims their families appreciate such acts.
