Why do my feet feel frozen, and yet they are hot to the touch?
It's a horrible feeling, the feeling is like frostbite, I continue to put wool socks and nothing works, I even tried a heating pad to take that away feeling cold. Why cold outside to inside and warm? Should I worry. There is every night, sitting or lying down.
This sounds like a circulation problem. I would ask the doctor. I also have the same problem. The thing is, the socks only isolate heat. So if your feet are just warm to the touch but does not generate a lot of heath, it will not help. Heating pad should help. In addition, if becomes really bad, the hot water into the tub and soak your feet until they feel warm. So, sleep with a pillow heater on. When you go to bed or sitting quietly, the blood does not circulate in your feet and because they are often high and you do not use the muscles your feet. Thus, you can artificially heated with warm water and a heating pad or get up and running. The only thing besides that help is medication that helps with traffic. If you keep it or give you a pain, it is worth asking your doc about drugs.
