How do I prevent my saddle / saddle pad from sliding back?
Ok I'm riding for 10 years and have always been like this problem, but now I have my own horse I do not think this is a problem I've had enough! I know how to tack a horse, so obviously this is not the issue. I thought okay, mabye my strap is not tight enough ... that did not work. I thought of using a mabye gel pad instead of my half block polar, but I like my hair better. I spend a lot of time trying to ensure that the saddle is not too far back, and is in its correct position than to be disappointed at halfway in the district that everything is like 6 inches behind where I had asked. I have no money to buy a custom saddle for me and my horse. She can wear a regular size tree saddle, so that this is not the problem either. Any suggestions that might help this? Thank you! I ride English in an English saddle. My ticket just does not seem to correspond Velcrow the little things scrony saddle. But even when it does, it slips back again!

I both a shield and necklace for my horse. They work well, I just take whatever one I want to put on it. Personally, I like necklaces look better. Do not let the price put you off my examples ... I got both of mine for under $ 30 each. Also, like other have said, make sure your pad is attached to billets. Sometimes, if your saddle has large knee rolls billets could not reach. If you are skilled with machine sew, you can extend the billets so that they reach.
