Can you wear a fillet of hair color in English?

Ok I got my first issue yesterday, I was. Its just a black bow because I know im going to look for another one and wanted the least expensive (it was just for yesterday, today its my backup one). I'm on eBay right now and there are those of color, it would be acceptable? Should I just go with the usual black with rhinestones? Well I think the judges, if your doing dressage, hunters or jumpers, or equ. They like to see traditional plain colored hairnets. For example, if you have black hair just get a Net regular hair black. if you have blond hair get a light color "blonde" hair-net. Wearing color, big hair nets can really and I mean REALLY distract from your performance. For example, you go to a show and compete in jumpers, you have 2 minutes in the ring. Is this good thing though for those 2 minutes, all the judges are looking for in your hairnet?? Then they judge you on your course, because they were too busy looking at the net. I did not say colored hairnets are bad, but they can not go against your performance and placement.
